Mission:
The Design & Creative Specialist will collaborate with Global Marketing Business partners to execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across both digital and non-digital platforms (360°). This role will focus on driving asset and creative design for different marketing initiatives and enhancing our social media presence. This person will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer interactions and delivering high-quality content to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative asset development: Lead the design of creative assets for different marketing initiatives, including product launches, sales materials, and compelling social media content.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing assets within campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Social Media Strategy: Drive social media engagement by creating and curating content, moderating community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence.
- Support in event Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for events and tradeshows, including material preparation, organization, and post-event analysis to evaluate success.
- Branding guidelines: Ensure our communication is constantly updated and in line with the branding guidelines of the group
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a variety of marketing activities and campaigns, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Skills:
- Advanced Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing and communication practices, with the ability to develop strategic initiatives that drive results.
- Creative Proficiency: Experienced in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, with a proven ability to create visually engaging marketing materials.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and proactive, with exceptional project management abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Experience:
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role (full-time or internship) is highly desirable, with a focus on communication, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Interest or experience in the technology industry is preferred.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, public relations, or advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
