Exemplify Schneider Electric values (embrace difference, dare to disrupt, learning every day, customer first, and act like owners). Explain and promote the tail strategy. Resolve issues with respect to payments & invoice disputes as per P2P & Tail spend process. Explain the process, roles & responsibilities, fees and vendor commitments. Contribute to the communication for the tail suppliers (tail flagged suppliers). Give support to the tail suppliers & unknown suppliers managed by the Tail provider. Check the P2P process and disputes with tail provider. Propose and follow action plans to improve the P2P process. Responsible to provide knowledge maintenance by providing relevant information on process & policies, technology & organization changes to the Training & Communication. Might be contacted by Procurement Operations to provide additional guidance - if so, needs to support on timely manner (via eProc chat or other mean). Work closely with the Global Tail Manager to develop improvement actions plans & KPI assessments.

Qualifications
Qualifications - External
Strong English communication skills, written and oral. Proficiency on excel and database analysis. P2P & S2P process knowledge with experience on transactional tasks (disputes, finance & tax rules). Proficiency on eProcurement tools (Coupa). Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done. Experience working in a global project/matrix organization. Ability to influence, without authority and customer centric mindset. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study)
