Work Location: Ahmednagar

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Study of switchgear product, Test Specifications, studying testing process, Benchmarking of testing processes.

• Selection of Power Source, HV Source, Meters, capturing inputs by conducting internal CFT meetings. Preparing system concepts for testing and data acquisition and make BoM.

• Prepare RFQ, getting techno-commercial offers, Comparison of own estimate.

• Capital budgeting with business case.

• Releasing PO in collaboration with the sourcing team.

• DFMEA & PFMEA for the proposed test system.

• Design approval, project planning, inspection at supplier end.

• PLC & HMI Programming of the test system. LabView and SQL Programming for Interface & Data Acquisition. Installation & commissioning at manufacturing location.

• Interact with Quality department for calibration and test bench approval & with manufacturing shop during test bench trials and commissioning.

• LCM support during the production.

• Create User's manual comprising test bench drawings, Electrical, operating Procedure, Bill of Material, etc., and handover to maintenance department.

• Implement Eco-structure Solution. Development of Tableau applications for Data analysis and dashboards.

Functional competencies:

• Knowledge of switchgear products, their testing process and equipment.

• PLC, HMI, SCADA, LabView and SQL programming.

• Knowledge of Control Panel / Power panel.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
