Energy & Sustainability Services division leads organisations through a quickly transforming energy landscape to realizing increased efficiency, financial savings, better use of Big Data, and more sustainable operations across their global footprint. With Schneider Electric's hundred years of tradition and our decades of consultancy experience we are best positioned to drive them through this era of market convergence.

Within the Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS) division, the Global Risk Oversight Department is looking to grow our team of analysts. This is a strategic support service for our company offer in the areas of commodity risk management, reporting and compliance and their related services and is instrumental to our customer's success and satisfaction. In this Back-to-Mid-Office role you will support Schneider Electric's global clients, as well as collaborate with colleagues and internal teams as part of the global Commodities Services unit.

Responsibilities include:

Perform as directed in the area of:

• Client energy supplier trade-book position reconciliations with ESS systems reporting and indicators

• Client and energy supplier UTCs & UMCs - unconfirmed trades & unmatched confirm escalations

• Trigger Hit Monitor (THM) system entries/resets/changes/requests & approvals

• Updating prices of different market/ countries on daily / monthly basis

• Maintaining platform for publication/outlooks to clients

• Client risk management reporting setup and modification requests, updating monthly forecast volume for different portfolios

• Risk and Process review, analysis and change implementation from a compliance aspect

Expectations:

• College or University diploma or degree (preferably in an analytical role)

Fluent English (written and verbal); fluency in other European language is an advantage

• Experience in the use of MS Excel (Basic and Advanced), Office and willingness to develop further

Skills, competencies:

• Good level of analytical and writing skills and attention to detail

• Good level of listening and interpersonal skills, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is required

• Resistance to pressure and ability to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently under pressure, Willingness to take ownership, excellent standards of reliability and accountability

• Experience in working in a multinational company and knowledge of energy industry is an advantage
