Position Summary
This position's primary responsibility is to do support for the region, the ability to identify client needs, present technical solutions, and build strong relationships to close sales, while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity; key responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, technical demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation, all aimed at achieving sales targets within assigned territories. Work with cross functional team to achieve results.

The Ideal candidate
Must be dedicated, self-motivated, and have the attitude that they must succeed. In a matrix organization, the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively is crucial for this position. Possess the ability to inspire and motivate others, including those who do not directly report to you, to work together and synergistically to reach common KPIs.
The person with experience of executing the MES, Batch application and wants to expand his levels to Asset management and SAAS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points related to software solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Design:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their current software landscape and identify areas for improvement.
- Present customized software solutions that address client requirements and demonstrate value proposition.
- Explain technical features and benefits in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare compelling sales presentations showcasing the software capabilities and functionalities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POC, addressing client concerns and tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, pricing, and implementation timelines.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Account Management and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing post-sale inquiries.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Market Knowledge and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
