For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Demand Forecasting Leader - Digital Power

As a Demand Forecasting Leader for Schneider Electric's Digital Power Business, you will be responsible for analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer forecasts to develop accurate demand forecast plans for our products and solutions in the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and accuracy of demand forecasts. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial and supply chain forecasting, market dynamics, and the ability to leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to optimize inventory levels and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain 1Y, 2Y, and 5Y demand forecasts for digital power offers in the United States based on market trends, historical data, and customer inputs.
  2. Participate in the SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) process by preparing and delivering accurate monthly demand forecasts and insights to support business decision-making.
  3. Lead forecasting processes for Digital Power by collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand demand drivers, planning for offer launches and evolutions, and incorporating business intelligence.
  4. Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely product availability.
  5. Participate in allocation processes and facilitate communication between supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
  6. Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, preferably in the power distribution or related technology industry.
  • Proficiency in demand planning and CRM tools and software, along with advanced skills in data analysis and Excel. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Kinaxis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SIOP processes and supply chain principles.
