We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with program management and data administration tasks. This role will provide valuable experience in project administration and strategic planning within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management Tool Administration:
- Assist in administering the iProject tool, ensuring regular maintenance and updates.
- Generate reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize tool usage for project management.
- Data Administration and Strategic Planning:
- Compile and analyze data from various plant locations, including size, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
- Create visual representations of data, such as graphs and charts, for clear communication.
- Support value stream mapping initiatives (both upstream and downstream) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations summarizing findings for executive review.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in relation to Industrial Engineering, Management (in Operations/Manufacturing), and Data Management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
