We are currently seeking a self-driven Global Business Data Intern with a passion for procurement to join the Global Indirect Procurement Operations team. The Global Indirect Procurement Operations team supports all divisions and functions throughout the company across 60+ countries.
What will you do:
-
- Support in maintaining a weekly data refresh on existing Global Dashboards ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Support in delivering recurring data reports to key stakeholders while identifying areas of opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support and lead sessions with stakeholders to understand and interpretate new dashboards requirements, visualization enhancements, or report automation needs.
- Data management and utilization of various tools (Tableau, Python) to analyze, visualize, and present results transforming raw data into easy-to-digest actionable insights.
- High knowledge in SE Indirect Procurement systems and ERPs to provide insights and solutions to the program stakeholders and leaders.

Qualifications
What will help you to be successful in this role:
- Strong English communication skills, written and oral
- Data analysis, trend analysis, insight gathering experience and expertise
- Excel (VBA), SQL, Tableau (Design), Python, dashboard design expertise
- Stakeholder management and cross functional engagement
- Proven experience digesting complex information and present it in a simple way
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform analysis and formulate into executive communication
- Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done
- ACTIVE STUDENTS (i.e. Marketing, Communications, Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study)
- Ability to prioritize & work on short deadlines
