About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team in a newly created role as the Data Centre Delivery Experience Lead. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall experience for our data centre segment, which spans multiple business units and channels.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, Pacific Zone this will be a sole contributor position for a technical and process influencer across Schneider Electric's key enterprise products and will have some dotted lines into supply chain and delivery support functions.
Tasked with the management and implementation of processes to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction, the Data Centre Delivery Experience Lead will manage projects to improve delivery processes across multiple business units, including ACBs, Meters, UPS and batteries, busways, and medium voltage switchgear.
Key responsibilities:
- Support forecasting requirements of key customers
- Provide and develop proactive supply chain and logistics strategies to increase speed to deliver whist de risking inventory requirements
- Oversee supply chain and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Foster strong relationships with customers, panel builders, contractors, and end users to enhance the delivery experience
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline multi-channel sales processes, including direct sales, sales via panel builders, and sales via contractors
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
About you:
You will have 5-7 years of demonstrated pacific region experience in business and technical environments with a focus on supply chain. Knowledge of energy or data centre management industry will be highly regarded.
You will possess intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding the drivers of automation, electrification, and software business success. Your previous experience in a project management lead delivery role intersecting enterprise product delivery, supply chain and procurement will contribute to your success in the role.

- Advanced customer interaction skills with a focus on enhancing enterprise customer experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build and manage complex processes involving multiple business units and channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
