We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled Data and Reporting Analyst to support the digital transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM). As a member of NAM Digital and respective program Scrum team you will lead definition, planning and delivering iterative releases of our digital platforms using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will work closely with Finance business process owners, Product management, Solution Architects, Scrum team members, and enabling teams.
The Data and Reporting Analyst partners with Business Process Owners, architects, and product management teams to gather data & reporting requirements; and design, implement and maintain data solutions.

- Works closely with Functional Leads, Business Process Owners, architects to understand data & reporting requirements, business rules and data structures.
- Develop solutions in data platforms to extract, cleanse, and preprocess data from various internal and external sources.
- Implement data transformation rules for reporting, internal controls, business monitoring & reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support trend analysis, business monitoring and reconciliation.
- Understands SAP data structures, tables and functional rules and incorporates into data & reporting solutions.
- Collaborates with architects, global teams, and initiatives to identify opportunities in emerging technologies like gen AI and implements solutions for the same.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support business monitoring and decision making.
- Optimize data collection procedures and implement best practices for data management.
- Participates and supports Scrum teams in Sprint planning, execution, documenting and delivering the user stories.
- Help the teams to segment, sequence, and prioritize work efforts.
- Assist to address risks and clear impediments.
- Collaborate with Business, Functional and Development teams to ensure delivery of the User Stories within the predefined sprints.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science as well as 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries, including subqueries, joins, window functions, and CTEs.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Ability to connect Tableau or Power BI to various data sources and build real-time, data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge or Experience with SAP BI is desired but not required.
- Familiarity with SAP business objects, data structures, and tables is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and SAP Project Implementation Methodology, Project management tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks, practices, and theory. SAFe experience highly desired.
