Data Analytics SCRUM Leader

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring successful deployment of incoming analytics projects, including timelines, team identification, and expected savings. Will work closely with analytics staff across GSC NAM to ensure project scope and outcomes are clear, and impact is validated by business and finance organizations. This person is an excellent communicator with strong multi-tasking ability and a well-rounded knowledge of GSC NAM data sources and development applications. While the primary objective is overall management of the pipeline, this individual will provide data engineering support as needed and will be vital to push projects across the finish line.

  • Ensuring new projects and requests are dispositioned quickly
  • Lead weekly SCRUM call
  • Identify and deploy strategies for scheduling or sprint management
  • Support developers as needed to ensure timelines are achieved
  • Aid in preparation for weekly and monthly analytics presentations
  • Coordinate closely with finance on expected impact of solutions


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar
  • Master's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years' experience developing analytics solutions in supply chain environment.
  • Strong technical background with coding experience (R, Python, SQL)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web services preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication and project management skill.
