The mission in the GEC is to drive the strategic transformation of the engineering function within the Digital Buildings systems & project business to increase our competitiveness & improve our margins through establishing a collaborative working relationship between the Country and our Global Engineering Centre for BMS in India.
What is the role?
Individual Contributor role based in Bangalore and reporting to the Sr. General Manager - Global Engineering Center.
An exciting and challenging role for Manager- Global Engineering Centre Project analyst to join our team

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to
• Proficient on SAP.
• Hands on experience on extracting various reports from SAP, analyze information and automate the report/dashboard generation process.
• Create forms on Power apps/MS Access/MS Forms/Smartsheet for Engineers to enter their Timesheets, DMS, action tracker for audits and QMS with a provision of manager approving the same before final submission.
• Create and maintain a database for Timesheet, Invoices, cost booked, DMS, Forecast.
• Expert level skills on Microsoft excel, Smartsheets, Visual Basic to run Macros for data comparison and reporting
• Understanding of the business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience of working with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data maintenance.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience automation of tasks
• Standardize operational reports

• Bachelor's degree in Science/ Instrumentation/Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience as a project analyst
• Good logical and analytical skills
Product Lines: M.S Excel, Smartsheet, VB, Power apps, MS Access, M.S Forms , workflow automation
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Qualifications
Graduate with excellent communication skills in English
