CEELog is one of the most important Distribution Centers in Europe in terms of volume. It also has an adaptation center. It covers 23,816 sq meters and has more than 200 employees.

Please note, this is a Mid-level senior position, not a Director-type of leader role.
As a Cybersecurity Leader you will be part of the Methods team in the Distribution Center with the main objective of driving continuous improvement in our performance and service level. Your mission will be:
- Design, map, and improve our processes
- Implement digital and automation solutions
- Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
- Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM etc.)
- Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design
- Track distribution center performance and analyze root cause for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.
What will you do:
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents and threats affecting IT systems, ensuring effective incident management and resolution
- Establish and maintain IT-specific cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry frameworks
- Propose, develop and implement digital projects that are coherent and compatible with DC operation/production activity by following Schneider Digital directives
- Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools and systems
- Lead complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
- Safety and ergonomics.
- Quality & Customer satisfaction.
- Efficiency & Service Level.
- Cost reduction.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an IT-related role within logistics or manufacturing
- Studies in computer science, logistics or engineering-related field
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, industrial IT, computer languages, software, and production systems is a must
- Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D knowledge is a must
- Proficiency in VBA programming and SQL is a must
- Experience in RPA development & implementation, IoT, and Python is a plus
- Fast learning and ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving and result oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, Hungarian is a huge plus
