What will you do?

The Customer Support Repair Representative provides customers with repair Return Material Authorization (RMA) support for the Process Automation (PA) product family to meet the requirements of our product repair support policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Support Repair Representative initiates a SAP case for same unit return for repair for all PA product families.

In addition, the Customer Support Repair Representative provides case and order escalation in support of orders entered globally by other customer support teams. In this role, you will work with internal colleagues and customers communicating demand and scheduling ensuring that the shipping schedules satisfy the needs of our customers.

The Customer Support Repair Representative interacts daily with customers, internal factory personnel, Projects, Sales, Service, Quality, team lead or manager, Offer Management and various management levels.

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Service Materials and Logistics Manager. This role is a hybrid position. You are required to report to either the Foxboro, MA or Andover, MA office at least 3 days a week.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • Experience with MS Office suite with focus on Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP
  • Customer call center phone support background is a plus
  • Possess the ability to foster and maintain good working relationships outside and inside of the organization. Establishes positive working relationships with associates from various backgrounds. Communicates with associates of diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently working independently.
  • Understands various implications of the situation, using different points of view to analyze the issue. Focuses on vital information without getting overwhelmed with unnecessary detail. Ability to solve sensitive issues relying on past experiences.
  • Develops a good understanding of the customer's requirements. Regularly seeks and listens to customer feedback. Conveys the importance of resolving customer problems to key individuals. Finds constructive ways to share our constraints with customers.
