Customer Success Senior Manager

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Senior Manager to work closely with our Core ETO plants (Engineer to Order producing medium and low voltage electrical swtichgear), ensuring the delivery of quality, validation testing, and continuous improvement activities that align with customer expectations and service level agreements.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Core ETO plants to ensure customer deliverables are met
  • Represent the voice of the customer and address international issues
  • Engage with executive levels to resolve conflicts and develop solutions
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams on technology innovations and service enhancements
  • Support weekly issue review meetings with customers
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics for each customer

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Strong quality systems planning and implementation skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, TEX), data analytics, and quality data expertise
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with bFO and SE quality management system
  • Six Sigma black belt certification preferred
  • Up to 30% travel

  • VP of CS&Q for Structured Contracts. Peer relationship to the Plant Managers with dotted line authority over the Core Plant Quality Managers.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in customer-facing quality management roles
  • ETO manufacturing exposure, preferably in switchgear engineering and manufacturing.
