The Opportunity

Our Digital Services team are currently seeking Customer Success Managers to be based in Macquarie Park (Sydney). These newly created senior positions will see you playing a lead role with an established Customer base and expanding our Annuity Contracts within an organisation that is experiencing an exciting time of sustained growth.

Supporting our Customers on their digital journey and business transformation, you will enjoy a market that is full of opportunity. With a range of long-standing Customers and others that are seeking our market-leading technical solutions, this is expanding to include; Data Centres, Critical Power, Cooling and other lifecycle services, just to name a few.

Key responsibilities will see you;

  • Play a hands-on role in the successful management of both Digital and Non-Digital Contracts across a diverse and growing customer portfolio, with one position focused on the expansion of our Annuity Contracts
  • Ensure you build and maintain a deep understanding of our broad range of innovative technical products and related offers to support a growing portfolio across an expanding Customer base
  • Develop Customer relationships and maintain an intimate knowledge of their operations, assets, key contacts, commercial terms, risks and other their overall operational profile
  • Execute strategies as you collaborate with a variety of internal teams in order to achieve business objectives, ensuring you are effectively managing commercial terms
  • Utilise data and all things digital, ensuring Customer requirements are achieved through technologies that enable success, including installs and other ongoing deliverables (upgrades, modernisation etc)
  • Promote market leading products and other technical solutions for our diverse Customers, enabling them to achieve new efficiencies while supporting their ongoing success
  • Play a Consulting role as a first point of contact for Customer issues and provide technical expertise in relation to asset performance, providing technical solutions that meet the complexity of their growing needs


About You

You will leverage your proven ability to think differently in the pursuit of business results and you want to learn. You could be an up and coming Marketing professional (product or offer management). Someone who has acted as an Account Manager (or similar) and brings a true passion for technical products.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success or strategic Account Management)
  • Previous experience in the use of a CRM (ideally Salesforce), confident in utilising data to inform stakeholders and support solutions
  • Strong proven Customer driven background through your track-record for achieving tangible outcomes and growth
  • Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups through your well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Commercially sound, aware of key terms and conditions and able to negotiate outcomes at all levels
  • Growth mindset, well-developed digital skills and an aptitude to absorb technical details
  • You have the capacity to navigate the complexities of a large organisation and operate with rigour
  • Those with a technical (products/solutions) background will be viewed favourably
