Customer Success Manager - Be the Hero of Our Customer Journeys!

Your mission:

  • Guide clients through the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew): Onboard clients, deliver impactful training, and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Unlock Customer Value: Help clients leverage our full suite of solutions to maximize their success. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Become a Client Success Champion: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track key metrics, analyze customer health scores, and generate valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration is Key: Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution on client contracts.


About You:
  • Customer Success Rockstar: You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Industry Savvy: You possess a deep understanding of the electro-intensive industry and its challenges.
  • Tech-Proficient: You're comfortable navigating CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Analytical Edge: You have a keen eye for detail and a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Champion: You excel at both written and verbal communication, clearly conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Project and Commercial Management experience a plus.
