Customer Success Manager - Secure Power & Power Systems

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage service contracts and drive customer satisfaction across our Secure Power and Power Systems business. This is a key role where you'll be responsible for operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the financial health of your contracts. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and our internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.

What You'll Do
• Manage a portfolio of service contracts
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get the most out of their contracts.
• Oversee contract execution, guiding customers on HV and LV systems maintenance.

• Collaborate with engineers and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, performance updates, and business reviews.
• Work closely with the sales team to support contract renewals, upselling, and customer retention.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.

What We're Looking For
• Technical background in HV/LV electrical systems
• Experience managing service contracts or working in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Commercial awareness - understanding of gross margins, contract profitability, and financial responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
• Field engineers looking to transition into a customer success role are welcome to apply.

Location & Work Setup
• UK-based role - preference for candidates near Hatfield or Warrington, but open to other locations.
• Hybrid working - mix of home, office, and customer site visits.
