- Under ASCO GSC, Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager strives to transition ASCO's GSC into a highly customer oriented organization to deliver premium quality offer and service to customers to exceed their expectations.

- Deploy Quality First strategy within the cluster.

- Drive the Quality First value in the organization by defining the initiatives and foster customer centricity activities.
- Deploy the CS&Q initiatives and ensure good progress of the execution:
- Coordinate with GSC plants, front office and LOB to handle any quality crisis, customer escalations etc. to ensure a fast and satisfying resolution.
- Leverage the GSC CS&Q community to drive the best practice sharing, benchmarking and cross-plant or BU projects.
- Serve as staff member to the ASCO GSC VP while maintaining dotted line responsibility to LoB Quality Lead
- Drive continuous improvement within the plants utilizing data trend analytics.
- Passionate to customer satisfaction improvement.
- Strong leadership and influence in customer centric culture change.
- Ready to take bold actions and make breakthrough, keep raising the bar high to premium quality and service.
- Hold Bachelors degree or Equivalent on mechanical, electrical or automation
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in some of below GSC functions: CS&Q, Project Management, Supply Chain / Logistics Management experience, manufacturing.
- Should also be interested in LoB, Front Office, and other transformational experienced candidates.
- Skills of continuous improvement tools like 8D, FMEA, six sigma, lean manufacturing.
- Working experience of ETO (Engineering To Order) type of business is a plus.
- Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally and be comfortable reporting out to executive leadership.
- Must be comfortable making decisions on imperfect data.
