🏢 Departament and Project description :
CSQ is responsible for managing and enhancing every interaction a customer has with Schneider Electric. This includes understanding the needs, preferences, and pain points throughout the customer journey, and then co-creating, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, it involves ensuring that our products and services meet established standards and customer expectations .

What will you learn?
Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to learn:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Help monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and quality.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for enhancing customer interactions.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor analysis to inform strategy development.
🔍 Are you who we are looking for?
- Grade Student or Masters student in Management, Marketing, Statistics and Information Management or similar
- Customer-Centric Mindset, Analytical Skills and Communication Skills.
- Problem-Solving, Team Collaboration and daptability
- To be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings, the schedule is flexible, and you can enter between 8 and 10 am.
- To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.
- Outgoingness and desire to learn
- Advanced in English

Possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).
Duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
