DSP6 Customer Project Officer for Services
The Customer Project Officer lead the operational deployment of critical business practices, Process & Tools, Governance and KPI monitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases of Services projects to achieve Solutions business performance within Mexico Zone Execution Center to ensure effective Opportunity & Project Portfolio management and Customer Satisfaction.
Main Activities:
• Implement consistent Customer Project Governance, Processes, Tools and continuous improvement approach.
• Ensure a proper management on Opportunities identification, monitoring and escalation to the management to warn on any major deviation. Ensure CPP guidance, deployment and support for Services business

• Monitor opportunity pipeline portfolio, analyse the performance, and identify improvement actions focusing complex opportunities and projects leveraging bFO and SGV tools
• Deploy, monitor and support the Solution Selling Governance across Services operation for Mexico region
• Ensure Local SOCs (Solution Opportunity Committee) are established and following Solution Selling Governance and animate these sessions.
• Prepare & Update Opportunity Pipeline Dashboards (CPO Dashboard / Reports)
• Ensure compliance of Customer Project Process (CPP) across Selling & Execution, for Services operation for Mexico region, including deployment, training and coaching of tools and process
• Perform Win & Loss Analysis, Lessons learnt and CPP audits
• Support Local Implementation of Process & Tools (bFO, SGV, & Aconex) & Project Performance (CPO Scope)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English skills (oral and written)
• Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
• Detail oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests.
• Operations experience would be an advantage.
• Project management experience would be an advantage.
