Customer Project Manager

Manage and execute customer projects from project transfer from tendering up to project close-out focusing on on-time delivery, technical excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction and risk management. Collaboration during implementation with the Sales organization, factories, and other functions within the company. High-level representation of SEHU toward our clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality and successful projects.

In detail:

  • Execution of projects of various scales
  • Participation in project preparation, as necessary, regular feedback to the tendering team
  • Independent performance of project management tasks, comprehensive project coordination
  • Prioritization of tasks, monitoring project progress, creating, and implementing time, cost, and resource plans
  • Clarification and documentation of technical scope, risk and contract management
  • Handling comprehensive documentation and administration related to projects (SAP, bFO, SGV, Aconex, etc)
  • Coordinating external and internal partners, factories, and other internal resources, organizing on-site works
  • negotiations and consultations with internal and external parties
  • managing variation orders and claims, overseeing the project's financial performance, seeking to improve project margin, preparing project status reports.
  • Involvement in obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations, technical comparison, and evaluation of bids.
  • Compliance with and enforcement of occupational safety regulations
  • Comply with SE's internal processes and policies, act in line with Schneider Electric's corporate values.
  • Represent Schneider Electric's interests in all situations.
  • Aim to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Degree in (preferably electrical) engineering
  • Proficient communication skills in English and native Hungarian
  • User-level computer skills, confident use of MsOffice programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation and influencing skills, strategic thinking.
  • Responsibility and accountability
  • Proactivity, good problem-solving skills, common sense
  • Collaboration skills, a drive for teamwork
