What will you do?
- Execute Customer project portfolio in full compliance with the Company process (from project transfer from tendering up to project close-out) to ensure the project on-time delivery working in coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, Sales teams, Project Buyers
- Organize & plan the project, monitor and control progresses
- Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer
- Manage Variation Order & Claim process
- Manage proactively Risks & Opportunities that could impact the project
- Drive customer relationship during all the project execution
- Manage the FAT event
- Be accountable of Customer Satisfaction and Project deviation during execution
- Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management
- Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant
- Optimise performance through lessons learned during project closing reviews.
- Ensure close follow up of the performances defined by the Company
