Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Customer Service in our CDMX Plant.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Variation Orders and Claims and manage relationship with the customer.
Main Activities
• Address customer needs and ensure they have a positive experience. • Monitor plan attainment to ensure the agreements with customers
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (CRs, emails, call, meeting).
• Communicate effectively with different departments of the plant.
Qualifications
Experience Level
• More than 3 years' experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing enviroment
