You'll oversee the End-to-End Customer Satisfaction function, incorporating all aspects of customer experience from order receipt to final delivery for our customers. This role works closely with our supply chain and commercial organization, partnering strongly with customers to be the first point of contact for the business, customer experience and supply chain.

- Guide, coach, set strategic vision, and drive engagement across a diverse team
- Promote customer journey design thinking to create best-in-class customer experience
- Be an advocate and thought influencer of customer centricity, personalization, and experience
- Drive innovation to address customer pain points and accelerate customer satisfaction
- Run our voice of customer function
- Create advanced customer data assessment to identify trends and generate insights
About you:
You're innovative and strategic, focused on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to optimize work processes. You're customer-obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful:
- Demonstrated experience guiding a team in customer satisfaction and quality discipline
- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and customer lifecycle management via marketing, sales, and product development
- Experience in a multi-channel go-to-market business model
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of industrial/logistics/quality/continuous improvement supply chain practices
