Scheider Electric is looking for a Customer Data Program Leader in Franklin, TN

As a member of NAM Data Office, the Customer Data Transformation Program Leader will be responsible to strategically lead and execute the customer data requirements, governance, and execution within transformation programs and projects aligned with the IT/ Digital teams. Your scope will include working with the Data Transformation Program Leader, Customer Data Domain Leaders, and Digital leadership to define and execute the customer data strategy, roadmap and backlog within the transformation programs. You will connect business and data requirements, processes, and governance with technical solutions to deliver effective data management solutions, ensuring successful go-lives for each transformation program.

What will you do?

• Ensure, maintain and provide strategic direction to help teams deliver cohesive data solutions that align with the Business Vision and Data Strategy.

• Drive data Architecture/Governance design in alignment with Global and NAM data governance and domain teams

• Collaborate closely with data domain and solution teams to facilitate data architecture, mapping, and process for data attributes and solutions.

• Define program level end-to-end customer data governance processes.

• Analyze end-to-end value streams and determine the data requirements and lifecycle governance aligned with the solution.

• Determine what governing tools/technologies should be used

• Oversee end-to-end Data Migration process to ensure high quality data is migrated/initialized in accordance with the Program Increments and Solution release schedule.

• Translate a scope of work into Epics, Capabilities & Features aligned with program deliverables

• Develop and communicate the vision of the data solutions.

• Define the goals and Program Increment Objectives in alignment with the Solution Releases.

• Review, evaluate and prioritize Capabilities/Features backlog.

• Communicate and align data teams to the objective of the increment.

• Attend Product/Feature Demos and invite the appropriate audience.

• Communicate project status and key decisions to stakeholders.

• Review program risks, issues and escalations

• Groom/Define goals of subsequent program increment

• Participate in feature integration testing, verifying delivered user stories against Sprint/Increment goals.

• Align with Business Owner / Data Owners.

• Work with System and Transformation Teams on deployment and business transformation

• Evaluate effort, investment needed and align delivery dates to Program Iteration Sprints.

• Work with Global Owners of the governing platforms to enable tools/technology (including APIs) and make shared data available in accordance of the Program timelines.

• Synthesize inputs gathered from a variety of sources into a cohesive data vision.

• Make and own decisions related to data solutions

• Drive consensus across multiple parties with conflicting views.

• Take a pragmatic/economic view while prioritizing Capabilities/Features

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• You have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).

• Experience in defining and implementing data architecture, governance, management and processes in a complex business and technical environment.

• Experience in data migration for large implementation projects.

• Good understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks, including experience of applying Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks, practices, and theory.

• Strong planning, management and communication skills.

• Experience working with large, small, remote and collocated Scrum teams.

• Understand fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

• Must have excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

• Forward thinking and able to proactively identify risks, and weigh resulting impacts.

• Hands on experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Quality

• Management and Data Architecture Standardization
