At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Claim Management Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in eliminating dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues are effectively managed and ultimately prevented. Your expertise will ensure a reliable process is in place to solve customer complaints swiftly and efficiently.

What You'll be doing:
- Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate organization when necessary and support collaborative resolution in the customer's best interest.
- Regularly analyze customer issues to identify top concerns and initiate projects to prevent them.
- Collaborate with other organizations to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers.
- Lead the execution of containment actions for known issues.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Issue Prevention Leader or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of risk management and issue prevention methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
