Support Customers and the Sales Team with order processing, general pre-sales & post sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistic and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customers satisfaction.

Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbond sales activities.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • College degree in progress or completed preferred.
  • English is required.
