Customer Advisor Trainee with German (determined period)

What will you do?

  • Process orders in our CRM tool in timely manner
  • Collaborate with all departments for complex orders
  • Escalate cases through our sales force platform for urgencies
  • Offer post sales support for our customers depending on our internal regulation
  • Collaborate intensively with the advanced team and our supply chain department on complex post sales situations.


What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree requested
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Open to a 6/4 hour work schedule;
  • Open to a 6 months fixed-term contract;
  • Excellent command of English language
  • One-year experience in customer support is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task
  • PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Flexible and an ability to learn quickly.
