A Cloud CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Network Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting cloud-based network solutions that support CTI cloud Technology systems. This role involves integrating communication technologies, such as voice, video, and data, with cloud-based infrastructure to improve communication and collaboration within an organization.

• Designing and implementing cloud-based telecommunication solutions to support the organization's communication needs.
• Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to define network requirements and architecture for CTI systems.
• Evaluating and recommending cloud-based services and technologies to enhance CTI functionality and efficiency.
• Developing and implementing network security measures to protect CTI systems and data.
• Troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted CTI services.
• Monitoring network performance and capacity to optimize CTI system performance using network tool like 1000 Eyes.
• Documenting network configurations, processes, and best practices for CTI systems
• Providing training and support to IT staff and end-users on cloud-based CTI systems and technologies.
