CSRD Rewards Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a CSRD Rewards Reporting Specialist to ensure readiness and compliance with regulations, particularly within the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Description of the position:
IMPACT starts with us As a member of the Rewards & Performance Centre of Expertise (CoE) team, you will act as the subject-matter expert for reporting and implementing Rewards KPIs in alignment with the CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Directive. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely reporting of Rewards KPIs, increasing data accuracy, automating calculations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to mitigate risks and non-compliance.

This role will also be part of a wider CSRD network, ensuring efficient processes and setting up a reporting ecosystem for CSRD compliance.
Your IMPACT:
- Project Management: develop and maintain a project plan for CSRD & EU pay directive KPI implementation within Rewards, monitor progress, identify risks, recommend, and implement mitigation actions.
- Data Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data collection, while supporting data quality and consistency. Critical KPI areas are, for example, adequate wage, pay equity and global family leave policy reporting.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare the CSRD report sections in scope of Rewards. Coordinate with team members to fulfil URD-related (Universal Registration Document/Annual Report) requirements. Ensure consistency in reporting across all entities, regardless of their level of IT integration (support collecting and integrating data from non-IT-integrated entities).
- Process Improvement: Optimize Rewards processes to enhance reporting efficiency and implement best practices. Identify opportunities for improving data collection and automating reporting processes. Contribute to standardized processes and templates for manual data collection where automated systems are not in place.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster collaboration across Total Rewards and Performance, Schneider Digital, Sustainability and Data & Performance teams among others to ensure timely and automated reporting. Leverage expertise of external consultants in interpreting CSRD requirements and best practices, where possible.
- CSRD Expertise: Stay updated on any changes in Rewards related regulations, benchmark best practices, and provide guidance and training to Rewards team members on requirements and reporting processes.
Your Profile:
- Project management experience.
- Ability to understand complex regulatory requirements, assess data gaps and translate them into actionable plans for Rewards.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and data management.
- Proven experience with HR information systems and data management platforms (knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HR analytics and reporting is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and prior experience of EU regulations, reporting standards, and sustainability reporting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions for data collection and reporting.
- Collaborative team player capable of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate with changing priorities and regulations.
- Proactive ability to anticipate and address both upstream and downstream impacts and implications.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
