Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join Power Products CS&Q team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing global dashboards that provide insights into product quality and customer satisfaction. This position will require strong data analysis skills, the ability to work with large data sets, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global quality dashboards that provide insight into product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact product quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Power Product HUBs and across SE divisions to develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with SE Digital data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure dashboards are up to date.
- Monitor data sources for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Take responsibility of supporting key Stakeholders for global reporting such as QBRs and other events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a quality or customer satisfaction role
- Solid Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL and
- Good proficiency in Excel and power point presentations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
Intermediate programming in python or r will be a plus
