For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:

Schneider Electric is searching for a highly motivated and collaborative Business Leader to join our team as NAM Execution Program Leader for key Cloud and Service Provider customers. This role requires a professional with substantial experience in project execution and customer-facing roles, leading large and complex projects, as well as operations excellence and planning experience. The ideal candidate will drive best-in-class delivery and execution for our strategic clients.

The Execution Leader, working closely with US Prefab Factory, US Services, and the C&SP Program Manager, will develop processes, templates, and consolidated reporting to provide a proactive, customer-centric, and consistent delivery and execution experience across business units and globally. While the projects managed are NAM Based, there will need to be global coordination of deliveries requiring cross culture knowledge as the accounts supported are Global VIP.

Essential Functions:

Project Execution :
    • Collaborate with execution and tendering teams on complex projects, to provide ensure optimal customer experience and successful integrated system deployment.
    • Drive development of Project Execution and Commissioning Playbook
    • Accountable for the build out of customer specific templates, based on CPP templates, and incorporate into the existing customer playbook for consistent customer-centric project execution globally.
    • Support organization and coordination of internal and external key project meetings across the program (project kick offs, program execution cadence, lessons learned sharing).
    • Support the capturing, consolidation, and sharing of lessons learned.
    • Proactive escalation management to put mitigation plans in place prior to impacting customer deadlines, using I2P process.


Aligning factory capacity and delivery:
  • Work with factory/GSC SPoC and project teams to consolidate a program view, ensuring factory capacity allocations and deliveries align with individual project schedules.
  • Participate in account specific SIM Calls for supported key accounts.

Resourcing:
  • Process Improvement: Create, leverage, and enhance existing processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely identification, selection, and awarding of sub-contractors (Installation & Commissioning).
  • Document comprehensive resource planning needs at the program level.
  • Ensure long-term commitment and competence of required resources.

Reporting:
  • Consolidate and Distribute Biweekly Site Status on execution KPIs (CX, deliveries, tenders, quality issues) for internal and external executive leadership.
  • Compile escalation roll up reports
  • Follow-up and regularly update project delivery/resource planning information within Client Dashboard or Client portal.
    • Regularly update "Web Giant Project On-Time Delivery Reporting," which feeds customer scorecard KPIs related to project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement : Collaborate to implement best practices globally to standardize experiences, ensuring consistency and efficiency within the account.
  • Global Integration : Support the integration of the account across all functional groups and businesses, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Local Onboarding Support : Assist local country teams during onboarding to ensure awareness of account details, resource needs, and technical requirements for success.


Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Customer Satisfaction : Implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction as it relates to delivery and execution.
  2. Digital Transformation : Document and roll out the execution and commissioning playbook, project delivery part of customer dashboards, digital project and resource planning tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve processes, combine and reduce number of meetings, simplify execution set ups, automate reporting.
  4. Improvement of Customer Scorecard Execution KPIs


Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 6 years managing large, complex, multi-geography projects.
  • Project Management : Proven experience in developing and managing projects or programs aligned with strategic account direction.
  • Integration Skills: Demonstrated experience integrating multiple systems and business units into a cohesive project.
  • Prefab experience preferred.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Proven ability to manage customer interactions, including leading challenging customer conversations independently.
  • Internal Network : Strong internal network and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Risk Anticipation : Ability to identify gaps and anticipate risks.
  • Digital Proficiency : Experience with digital tools and transformation initiatives.
  • Software Proficiency : Experience using Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Organizational Skills : Effective organizational skills are a key requirement.
  • Action-Oriented : Proactive and action-driving mindset.
  • Time Management : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests/issues.
  • Flexibility : Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative Attitude : Openness to team ideas and positive collaboration.
  • Cultural Sensitivity : Awareness of local and global business culture.
  • Technical Assimilation: Ability to quickly learn and understand technical information regarding data center products and solutions.

  • Data Center Knowledge: Have a foundational understanding of data centers and their equipment.
