Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and train plant team on methods and tools needed to reach robustness, capability and Quality risks management.
• Check if the Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in term of criticality (parts, sub-assemblies, and process)
• Identify and report to management any Quality risk!
• Ensuring appropriate methods and tools are used for Quality issues resolution.
• Sampling Audit of Quality files used by plant and project team for parts and process.
• For Process and Assembly line: Assessment of Product/Process FMEA. Evaluate the Quality items of the Process Qualification Plan and Report (incl. Control means, KPI). Check is the Process Quality Control Plan (PQCP) is delivered to plant from Indus team and Process Control Plan is created and followed in plant. Check the Target RPN matrix for each process line and actions plan for reaching the Target RPN matrix are well defined. Validate the Mandatory Requirements for each Process line are defined and compled.
• For Parts industrialization: Check the Component Risk Dashboard is available from project team. Risk Analysis is completed for each component characteristic. Completion of MCSV process and files. Verify the Component/ Quality Control Plan including control tools needs. Check if the supplier manufacturing process capability is being evaluated during Qualification phase. Provide proper training if necessary. Participating in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) stage gate reviews. Validate the Incoming Control Plan of the plant on sampling basis. Check if the Mandatory Requirements for each component (process and control) are being defined and completed.
• Reviewing the Derogations (if any) for risk and mitigation plan and ensure the appropriate approval path is being followed.
