You will join the Customer Support and Issue to Prevention team which is responsible for the CRM solution that covers our global customer support and product quality processes. You will be working with the Product Owner of our Issue to Prevention (quality) solution. It's used globally at Schneider Electric and it provides service to about 10.000 users across all regions in the world. You will take part in all the enhancements and small projects that will be implemented on this solution from the initial business requirements gathering to the implementation and final deployment phases. These small projects will involve both Salesforce developments and integration with external systems.
What will you learn?
- Understand the responsibilities of a product owner following the Agile methodology principles
- Learn to gather business requirements discussing with internal business stakeholders and understanding their needs
- Learn to translate the business requirements to a technical design
- Use Jira for creating stories representing the technical design that has been agreed
- Use Jira for organizing stories into releases and sprints and work with the team of developers on their implementation, managing the lifecycle end to end.
- Organize UAT (user acceptance & testing) workshops with the end users, keeping track of the issues that they report and working with the developers for fixing them.
- Understand what non-regression testing scripts are for and how to implement and manage them
- Provide support to our end users after the go live making sure that they are satisfied with the solution
- Work with the process owner on evaluating new ideas from the users and assess their technical feasibility
- And of course many other topics that we will come across and that are not listed above!
Are you who we are looking for?
- You are fluent in English, this is a MUST.
- You are a highly motivated individual and a quick learner who is willing to upskill on new technologies and learn the principles of the Agile methodology
- You have an IT background and/or strong analytical skills
- You are a good team player who is always willing to lend a helping hand and collaborate with the rest of the team
- You have good communication & presentation skills - if you are a bit shy don't worry, you will learn by doing like everyone else!
