Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. This role requires a strong focus on controlling and mitigating credit and financial risks associated with our clients. The ideal candidate will also possess Lean skills to drive process improvement, work on digitalization initiatives, and promote the development of Agile methodologies across all departments, including our customers and internal stakeholders as Sales, Quality, Sales administration, Treasury, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and manage credit and financial risks related to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Interact, review and manage insurance company communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and enhance the financial health of client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client financial data and provide actionable insights for risk assessment.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to streamline credit risk processes, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for digital transformation within the credit risk management process, leveraging technology to enhance data analysis and reporting.
- Foster an Agile culture within the organization by implementing best practices and methodologies that promote collaboration and flexibility across departments.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on credit risk management practices and Lean principles.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive in credit risk management.
- ERP knowledge: SAP, Oracle and My DSO manager are a plus.
- Agile in data management so reporting process could be reviewed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in credit risk management or financial analysis, preferably within Power, Industrial and/or Multinational industries.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in credit risk management software and digital tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Credit Risk Manager (CCRM) or Lean Six Sigma Certification are a plus.
