What will you do?

The CPO Opportunity Manager will drive our teams to enhance the operational deployment of critical business practices, Process & Tools, Governance and KPI monitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases of Solution projects. Ensure a proper management on Risks & Opportunities identification, monitoring and escalation to the management to warn on any major deviation. Ensure CPP guidance, deployment and support for Energy Management Systems business.

This position is for the Full Energy Management System business across the country supporting Clusters / Hubs / GACs & RACs during tendering and project execution. Supporting a team of specialists across the assigned country, Clusters / HUBs, GACs & RACs. This position works with Regional Operations, Finance, Entity and Cockpit leaders, Clusters & HUBs, GACs & RAC leaders as well as the TM/PM community.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor opportunity pipeline portfolio, analyse the performance and identify improvement actions focusing complex opportunities and projects Categories A (>5M) leveraging BfO and GreenBerry tools. Deploy, monitor and support the Solution Selling Governance across the full Energy Management System within the geographic region.
  • Animate Regional SOC (Solution Opportunity Committee). Ensure it is systematically done bi weekly, including cadence & invitations & MoMs & Action Tracker. Liaise with Global CPO in the preparation and escalation of the opportunities to GOC (Global Opportunity Committee). Ensure Cluster SOCs are established and following Solution Selling Governa
  • Prepare & Update Opportunity Pipeline Dashboards (CPO Dashboard / Reports / Balanced Score Card), support of the Regional Customer Project Operations VPs for QBR , bringing visibility of Top 10 Opportunities & Must WIN, KPIs evolution ( (i) Hit Rate (ii) Margin at booking (iii) SOC performance) & BFO data improvement leveraging BfO and GreenBerry tools.
  • Ensure compliance of Customer Project Process (CPP) across Selling & Execution, for the full Energy Management System within the geographic region, including deployment, training and coaching of tools and process
  • Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization contributing with actions resultant of : Support CSAT and Quality teams, including participation in KICs, ISO, 3S assessment, Margin Monitoring, Win & Loss Analyses, Lessons learnt and CPP audits
  • Support Local Implementation of Process & Tools (Alma, SGV & Aconex, Greenberry) & Project Performance (CPO Scope)
  • Manage, lead, develop and coach the CPO team in the region, as a team builder to improve competence and business results. Drive an operational approach to take decision and perform with efficiency
  • Collaboration - Animate a CPO community to liaise practices & tools ; Support leaders in key root cause analysis and in governance deployment. Leverage best practices and improvement across Clusters / Hubs and GACs/RACs. Work as a senior member of GCP, leading improvement initiatives at a regional and global level.

  • This position reports to the Customer Project Office Leader

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Education:
  • University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
  • MBA / Pos Graduate - Appreciated
  • Must be fluent in English and a second language is valuable
  • Familiarity with multiple cultures is mandatory

Experiences:
  • Minimum 6+ years in Sales, Quality assurance & Process & Tools & Project management roles
  • Ability to understand and influence complex matrix organisation, to convince team member, co-works and peers
  • Change management abilities to define its structure, support and direction to liaise team work across geographies and organisations
  • Experience deploying Continuous improvement assignments & Leading transformation through business
