Position Summary
This role is responsible to lead segment/application initiatives for drives portfolio to support and drive sales engagement with respective segments/application teams. The segment & application leader in this role will be responsible for building sales enablement/business development aspects in coordination with segment/application teams.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Single Point of Contact for segments/GTM
a. Act as a single point of contact & work closely with the respective segment
b. Ensure the positioning of IC&D portfolio in segment initiatives & focus growth areas
c. Ownership of 2027 IC&D growth ambition in segment

a. Responsible for building application notes, prescription notes, Training & Material etc based on the value proposition.
3. Collaboration with segment teams & other lines of businesses plus relevant functions
a. Ensure the realization of 2027
b. Coordinate the segment related priorities in IC&D
4. Support the prescription team
a. Monthly opportunity mapping
b. Support the pre sales, prescription team with relevant information
5. Community Management
a. Create a community of operations, IC&D, segment & other line of business
b. Strong advocacy & communication of segment value prop
6. Analytics
a. Build a strong data based analysis & view on segment view
b. How to capture future trends on segments/applications
7. Monitoring: Business & technology
8. Be a role model as a leader in order to promote IC&D scope across the internal & external communities
9. As the community evolves there would be many additional responsibilities/transformations individual would be a part of
The Ideal candidate
Must be a hands-on techno-commercially on drives & segments/application . A technology enthusiast who is curious to know about the future development of the segment/market and give clear direction on the IC&D business and work closely with all stakeholders to achieve targets and kpi's. Must be self-motivated and driven with a "must win" mindset and a desire to be successful. Being able to work independently but also as part of a team in a matrix organization is essential to this role. Be able to influence and motivate individuals and stakeholders that do not report to him, to achieve shared KPI's through a collaborative and synergistic approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a high-performance culture while closely collaborating with other Lob, business units and support functions in the Industrial Automation Business
• Act as SPOC for a defined segment
• Be able to lead sales enablement initiatives and boost campaigns for the Drives
• Responsible for the identification and implementation of strategic growth and transformation activities
• Work closely with offer marketing and internal stakeholders to position our IC&D portfolio as a leader in the market
• Work closely with segment teams, pre sales, prescription teams, countries, line of business & other relevant teams to develop and deploy growth programs, initiatives, and wining strategies
• Be current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert
• Be able to conduct market analysis to identify gaps in the market and position our company and our offerings for success
Engagement with stakeholders
Work closely with teams:
- Segment teams within ICOS
- Internal IC&D teams: marketing, pre sales teams. LoB teams etc
- Be the plug in between IC&D and segment ecosystem
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust and collaboration between Schneider Electric's stakeholders and our strategic partners while at the same time drive sales enablement & strong analytics
- Pipeline reviews to ensure the teams are maintaining a short and medium term focus
- Be seen as a trusted advisor
- Identify and remove obstacles for commercial success

Qualifications
Education, Experience and Skills
• Degree in engineering.
• Strong drives experience (both VSD & SDS)
• Deep knowledge of segment/application
• Minimum of 10 years VSD/SDS solution/application experience
• Collaborator, initiator & technology savvy
• Fluent in English, multilingual beneficial
