You will have opportunity to be responsible for alignment of the human resources with the business objectives acting as an expert and consultant to management and employees on all HR related issues. The purpose of the role is to build up HR Excellence based on alignment with business and employee centric HR governance. the person will stimulate and support business growth through the leadership upskilling and human capital development supported by the increased engagement and collaboration.

Your IMPACT:
- You will collaborate closely with leaders cross the country organisation to create business value through continuous development of our human capital; support business growth through the leadership upskilling and talent pipeline development supported by the increased engagement and collaboration
- Cooperate closely with the Cluster HR VP in order to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent. Communicate proactively with our business management, HR services (HRS) and CoE (Learning &Talent Development, Reward, Talent Acquisition)
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the respective business areas
- Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out around Group values. Coordinate and support HR campaigns within the respective teams (Performance review, Global Salary Review, Development Plans, Talent Review). Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
- Drive human capital planning, identification and allocation; support recruitment process, personal development and identify training needs for business and individual executive coaching needs
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges, support implementation of change management operations supporting high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the business need, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; support planning and execution of the onboarding of newly hired employees
- Facilitate employee engagement pools (One Voice) and support managers in the process of the interpretation and facilitation of it's outcomes. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase efficiency and maintain retention
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Manage labor relations within the entity
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required
- Animate country HR council and drive HR agenda within all the businesses present in the country Territory
- Review and agree contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Your Profile:
- Solid experience in Human Resources with good understanding of total HR scope, ability to drive organizational and people development programs as well as performance management related initiatives. Experience in HR Generalist or/and HR BP functions would be an additional asset
- Experience is driving transformations (from design to execution)
- Advanced ability to create Business Partnership/Consulting in order to influence the business and improve results by modeling, monitoring, and reporting business performance. Evidence of having worked as a true business partner in a complex environment will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of HR management processes and tools
- Positive attitude and looking for win-win solutions is a must; High on integrity and ethical values
- Education background: University degree, ideally HR management, Business management or Psychology
- Very good knowledge of legal requirements (czech labor law) and HR standards
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English is a must
- Mature and proactive person with the excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
- Business oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
