For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $118,400 - $177,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Cooling Services Technical Sales Representative is responsible for growing the US Services Cooling business across their assigned account portfolio, and leading the development of a robust cooling services commercial program. The inbound talent should deploy sales activities in a hybrid mode between driving Face-to-Face and virtual engagements to grow the Cooling Services business. They should approach the commercial growth from a position of partnership with our customers and providing them with technical expertise in the cooling market.
Mission :
- Own the US Services, Cooling Services business:
- Maximize Cooling Services revenue by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with assigned accounts.
- Manage and develop the accounts by proposing tailored cooling solutions to assigned accounts.
- Work with the rest of the Cooling Services team to develop a holistic (commercial to execution) program for Cooling Services.
- Define and execute the strategic plan for Cooling Services growth
Essential Responsibilities :
- Program Management:
- Brief Services and Services SAO leadership on commercial growth and strategic plans
- Develop robust commercial program to standardize and streamline sales processes around Cooling Services
- Engage with Services Execution team for pricing and capabilities within specific regions
- Provide cooling technical sales resourcing to Service Sales teams for defined account list.
- Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (Order, Delivery etc)
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute annual sales plan for key customers in their account portfolio (Platforming & Coverage Execution).
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers at all levels
- Review Bid-specs and drawings for cooling services projects
- Assist in all stages of quoting for cooling services, working with deadlines
- Negotiate with customers as needed
- Keep updated Accounts data & Installed Base data in bFO/bFS
Provide monthly forecasts, using bFO, and summaries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC sales experience
- Technical knowledge of industrial cooling systems
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time across the nation
- Good working relationship and regular coordination with Tendering team, all Account Managers for opportunities identification and support
- Regular collaboration with Services Operational Marketing team for thorough understanding of Installed Base of their customer portfolio. (Update Install Base, Data Quality customer improvement)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical sales experience
