Cooling Field Service Engineer

Schneider Electric Greece is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Field Services Representative, reporting directly to the Services Operations Manager. This role involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing customer equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support for Schneider Secure Power products on customer sites, analyze equipment malfunctions, and interpret maintenance manuals to resolve issues. The role requires availability for emergency calls, maintaining service equipment and tools, and identifying sales opportunities, all while adhering to safety guidelines.

What will you do?

  • Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric Secure Power products with specialization in Cooling
  • Comply with Safety and Cyber security policies, practices and procedures
  • Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on Cooling equipment
  • Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
  • Proactive participation to team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc)
  • Support services planner, project managers and sales engineers to get good customer site condition understanding
  • Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
  • Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide architecture solutions to customers
  • Use all digital tools designed for SE Services Representatives
  • Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
  • Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize install base and generate business opportunities
  • Perform Services Operations in the field by providing best practices to customers and keep customer satisfaction in a high level

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • University or Technical University (AEI/TEI) Electrical Engineering Degree.
  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
  • 4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field, preferably specialized in cooling
  • F-Gas certified technician with equivalent work permit as per Greek legislation.
  • PC Skills: advanced, especially regarding MS Office Suite.
  • Driving license.
  • IT knowledge on general connectivity and network integration of devices
