Job description

The role consists in identifying new opportunities for assigned accounts, understand their business challenges, concept deign, buying process and decision criteria in order to identify the value proposition fitting Customer's needs and setting a winning offer strategy. Responsibility includes the Account's ecosystem map to influence specification and succeed in CFCI procurement model where GC is the buyer. The segment sales manager has got excellent relationship with all internal SE stakeholders, namely segment team and regional FO, and provide strong collaboration at any stage of the Customer journey with a strategic approach. In addition, he/she supports tendering RAC/GAC team and front office in complex bids for his/her assigned Customers.

What will you do?
  • Socializing global Cooling offer to segment accounts
  • Support in the development of complex regional or global RFPs/RFIs
  • Influencing the customer 'Ecosystem' and POIs (CEs and GCs) toward the successful positioning of our offers
  • Annual revenue/order attainment from assigned accounts


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Background:
  • Colling advanced skills, use of performance calculation tools, energy performance indexes
  • DC cooling architecture knowledge, understanding of specific performance parameters PUE/pPUE
  • Understanding of C&SP market dynamics
  • System / solution oriented approach
  • Technical writing
  • Presentation, public speaking, elevator pitch
  • Tendering and contract management fundamentals
