We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Solar team as a Contracts Manager in our Melbourne OR Adelaide offices.

As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing Solar Services Contracts (LTSA), administrative tasks, supply chain, cost control, resources, escalations, and provisions.

Responsibilities
  • Project Manager for Australia, potential additional support in other APAC regions on a project base
  • Monitor project plans, work hours, budgets, resources, and cases.
  • AUS Services coordination and management such as vendor creation, GR, vendor payment...etc for projects
  • Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensure service deadlines are met and determine project changes.
  • Maintain MRP system for Australian contracts
  • Assess project risks and highlight challenges to the leadership team
  • Serve as a Cost controller for projects

Ideal Candidate
  • Engineering, Business, or Finance Degree
  • Experience managing EPC contracts
  • Project Management Certificate preferred
  • Previous project management experience and proficient in ERP systems
  • Service business excellence knowledge highly desirable
  • Willing to work very closely, hands to hands, with Global counterparts
  • Travel requirements: 10%
