About the Role: We are looking for a Contract Manager who can drive successful project execution through expert contract lifecycle management. You will report to the Regional Contract Management Leader for APAC and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our policies while managing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and subcontractors, collaborating with opportunity leaders and the procurement team.
  • Reduce contractual risk through sound and consistent reviews.
  • Work with the project management team to develop strategies for claims and variations, ensuring profitability.
  • Monitor project execution and actively participate in project reviews.
  • Foster a culture of best practices across the organisation.

About You: You are an innovative thinker with a passion for technology and experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the Data Centre and IT sectors. You possess the following skills and attributes:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, supported by a diploma, certification, or equivalent in legal or commercial contract management.
  • Proven track record in contract management within a project environment.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation, commercial law, and tender evaluation.
  • Strong experience with variation and change management during project execution.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • An agile and adaptable mindset, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
