As a Contractor Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with our key contractors. Your primary goal will be to ensure their needs are met while driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, strategic planning, and an understanding of our value proposition to support enhancing the economic-, sustainable and operational profile of our customers.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key contractor accounts that will be assigned to you, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement contractor key account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  3. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  4. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and service enhancements.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams, including marketing, product development, services and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to your key accounts.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
  7. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in engineering / business administrations with at least 7-10 years working experience in contractor business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong technical and commercial skills
  • Good understanding of medium voltage is a preference
  • Contractor knowledge: In depth knowledge of the contractor business within the Netherlands. Understanding their needs and their way of working
  • Language Proficiency: Dutch speaker with English fluency.
  • Commercial Experience is necessary. #LI-Wj1
