What do you get to do in this position?
- Contract Review: Analyze and assess contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather input and ensure all perspectives are considered during the contract negotiation process.
- Compliance: Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations, revisions, and final agreements for future reference and compliance audits.
- Communication: Effectively communicate contract terms and implications to relevant stakeholders, providing clarity and guidance as needed.
This job might be for you if:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Interest in contract review and negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
