Main Responsibilities:
- Issuing sales invoices to customers as well as debit and credit notes in accordance with internal approval procedures.
- Preparation and verification of account billing documentation.
- Collaboration and support to Order Management, Logistics, Business development and other business functions, as well as Schneider Front Offices in the various countries, on invoicing aspects.
- Collaboration with Credit Management team for monitoring Intercompany payments.
- Collaboration with Accounting team for monthly closing, account reconciliation and Auditor audits.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.

- At least basic knowledge of tax and customs regulations.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Accuracy and sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of SAP, in view of Unify, would be a plus.
