Contract Administrator (DSF4)
Provides, during Tender and/or Execution phases of customer projects, contract support dealing with administrative, contractual, financial, and tax matters through collaboration with Project Managers and guidance of Corporate Functions. The Contract Administrator will be able to lead the operational deployment of critical business practices and KPI monitoring, across the execution phase of a project, to achieve solutions business performance, and to implement consistent customer project governance, processes, tools, and continuous improvement approach within a Zone/Regional Execution Center.
Main activities of a Contract Administrator:
• Participate in handover from Selling to Execution stage.

• Registering the budget/As Sold version of a project in our ERP (SAP)
• Monitoring of main KPIs if a project: costs, revenue recognition, gross margin, and margin deviation
• Releasing the purchase requisitions (for different resources) for a project
• Registering Billing plan of a project
• Backlog following Up
• Participate in staff meetings to provide the revenue recognition forecast for Mexico & Central America Execution Center
• Contract review for billing and revenue recognition
• Project Closing Following Up
• Participate in project reviews with execution staff
• Continuous improvement actions (Procedures, Work Instructions)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance or equivalent. • 2-3 years of professional experience. • Intermediate English skills (oral and written) • Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills • Detail oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests. • Operations experience would be an advantage.
