What will you do?

• Manages the Process/Continuous improvement tools to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality.

• Lead, propose, and support improvements to ensure the achievement of Process Excellence goals within the entity to increase customer satisfaction, productivity, and effectiveness.

• Lead the implementation and execution of quality fundamentals at the distribution center.

• Support the internal process audit.

• Lead diverse and dynamic cross-functional project teams and ensured the successful execution of all facets of the sites from facility buildout to system configuration and integration.

• Create and execute comprehensive project plans including management of schedule, budget, procurement, resources, quality, risks, and change control.

• Organize and coordinate the deployment of sustainable Excellence in all the entity processes using improvement tools (SPS, 6 Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).

• Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable.

• Guide other departments and employees on proper root cause analysis and PFMEA through training, kaizen, or urgent issues interrupting production.

o Manage PFMEA animation and documentation with all required processes.

• Ensure quality operations and processes are in full compliance with company standards and policies, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and local regulatory requirements.

• Compile and analyze metrics for documentation, deviation, CAPA, and change control. Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation graphics regularly.

• Coordinate and facilitate recurring governance meetings with task owners across departments to manage timelines.

• Lead improvement projects to streamline and simplify processes in alignment with company standards and regulations.

• Perform Quality System process confirmations to ensure processes and systems are appropriately managed. Ensure audit readiness for Quality Systems at the site.

• Support Quality Systems risk identification and timely mitigation activities.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent field

• 2+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and project management.

• Experience with distribution center, automation.

• Knowledge of quality, QMS, ISO audit, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively (using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods).

The U.S. compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $85,000 - $95,000 for candidates located within the U.S. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, military leave benefits, and more.
