Continuous Improvement and Logistic Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement and Logistics Analyst to enhance our operations in Romania, Moldova, and Armenia. This role involves implementing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing and improving logistics performance, managing costs, and enhancing warehouse efficiency. You will contribute to Lean Office projects, ensure the successful implementation of Quality Work (QW) initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to support business objectives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with environmental legislation and foster collaboration with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Lead projects aimed at reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Quality Work (QW) initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Internal Digital Transformation (IDT) country plan.
  • Standardize and simplify processes, maintaining an updated Integrated Management System (IMS) database.
  • Analyze and track delivery information to ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
  • Report monthly deviations in logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain an updated logistics performance scorecard.
  • Enhance warehouse efficiency through inventory actions and analyses.
  • Implement Dos Efficiency LED targets and improve financial goals.
  • Plan and deploy promotions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage ABC/FMR analysis and stocking policies with the Distributors Sales team.
  • Provide business logistics support, including safety stocks, MOQ, shortages, demand planning, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and minimize the risk of penalties.
  • Prepare and submit accurate environmental reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with environmental activities.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in logistics
  • Fluent Romanian and English
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Flexible and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills combined with analytical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
